What are the duties of a medicine cat: The duties of a medicine cat are to keep every cat in their clan happy and healthy, to heal all cats when they're sick, no matter what clan they are from, to help queens birth their litters, and to listen to StarClan for messages so they can be interpreted and passed on to the leader.

What you would do with this position: I would, well...all the things I listed above. And I'll try to be the best medicine cat I can possibly be, despite my, uh, disability...

Why you think you deserve this position: I think I deserve this position because it's really the only thing I can do...I-I feel pretty useless sometimes, because I can't hunt or run or fight or anything, at least, not very well. I want to do something for my Clan, something useful, so I can feel important.

And, also, I've, uh...I've been studying up on my herbs and their medical uses, heh...
