First apprentice ceremony (For Creek, Reed, and Pale)

Rowanstar padded out of his den and leaped onto the Willow Branch where he announced ceremonies and clan meetings. He sat down and looked out at the empty camp before yelling, "Let all cats old enough to catch their prey gather here for a clan meeting!" He patiently waited for everyone to come out.

Creek, Reed, and Pale stuck their heads out of the nursery. "This must be the apprentice ceremony Rowanstar was talking about yesterday," said Pale as he came out. "No, really?" Asked Reed sarcastically. Creek rolled her eyes as she followed Pale out. The three of them sat together under the Willow tree.

Ashfur's eyes flashed open as he heard his leader call for a clan meeting. He got up and padded out of the warrior's den, sitting behind the three cats.

Honeysuckle trotted up to the meeting circle and waited for her mate to speak.

Rowanstar, seeing that mostly everyone was there, continued on with the ceremony. "Pale, Reed, and Creek, please step forward."

The three cats obeyed, excitement running through them all.

"Creek, Pale, and Reed, you are all the age of six moons and are welcomed into our clan. It is time that you all became apprentices. From this day on, until you become warriors, you shall be known as Creekpaw, Palepaw, and Reedpaw. Creekpaw, your mentor will be Honeysuckle, Reedpaw, your mentor shall be Mistheart, and Palepaw, I will mentor you. I hope we pass down all that we know unto you three cats." and with that, Rowanstar jumped down and touched noses with Palepaw.

Mistheart smiled and ran to her new apprentice. "Hello, Reedpaw. Being an apprentice will be tough, but I think you can do it."

Honeysuckle padded up to Creekpaw and touched noses with the little cat. "What should we do first, do you suppose? Shall we... learn how to hunt, explore the territory, or learn about the Warrior Code?" she asked, wanting to leave the choice up to her new apprentice. After all, being an apprentice was hard, and she wanted it to be fun for Creekpaw.

Palepaw was a little surprised when his nose was touched by Rowanstar's. "Thanks, Rowanstar," he said confidently. He was ready to learn and he wanted to do whatever it took to be fully excepted into the clan, not just as the rouge who joined, but as the brave one who has done great things.

Reedpaw sighed. "Do I have to get my fur dirty?" She asked, grooming herself.

Creekpaw smiled a little when she touched noses with the older cat.mshe nodded at the suggestions. "Whcihever one you choose, I guess." She wasn't a big talker around new cats.

"Well, how else do you expect to train? Being trained by a deputy is a big honor and you should be grateful," Mistheart said in a tone so low it was almost a growl.

Honeysuckle smiled and led the apprentice off to the apprentice den.
