| OOC: I don't know if it's quite time yet, but I'm going to make our first med. cat meeting.
Mintyleaf settled into her spot at highstones, resisting the urge to dip her muzzle in the cold water without her fellow Medicine cats.
Her eager apprentice, Deerpaw, followed suit, purring at his first sight of the shining blue water. Weak beams of moonlight seeped through the hole in the roof, not quite reaching the shimmering pool. | |

| Nightsplotch crawled through the entrance and into the place with the moonstone. The sight was a beauty. The tom admired the stone and the pool as he made himself comfortable in his spot. "Greetings Mintyleaf, Deerpaw." The calico tom dipped his head to each one as he said their name. | |

| Mintyleaf tilted her head at the tom in curiousity. "How are things in your Clan? Well, I mean, I know the Clans don't have many cats altogether, but..." She smiled, embarrassed. The medicine cat didn't tend to make a fool out of herself, but when she was around him, she was...well, different. | |

| Mintyleaf grinned. "I know..." she mewed, gazing at the pool with dreamy eyes. Suddenly, the moonlight burst into the cave, making both Mintyleaf and Deerpaw scramble backwards because of the brightness. | |

| Nightsplotch flashed a smile at Mintyleaf. "Well, we have a warrior...I guess thats a start." Nightsplotch turned as Rippletail walked in. "Welcome, Rippletail," Nightsplotch purred.The sudden bright light startled Nightsplotch, but he realized it was nothing to be afraid of. Nightsplotch took a look at Mintyleaf that might've lasted a little too long. He couldn't help it, she looked...amazing in the light that came from the stone. | |

| Mintyleaf dipped her head to the stone/pool, blushing. She could sense Nightsplotch gazing at her.
Deerpaw looked over at the medicine tom and narrowed his eyes good-humoredly when he saw them looking at each other.
Windywisp darted in, panting. "I'mlateI'mlateI'mlate!" she mewed hurridly. "Sorry.. I'm Windywisp. I'm WindClan's medicine cat. Greetings." she mewed and dipped her nose to the stone.

| Nightsplotch Smiled at Windywisp. "Hello, I'm Nightsplotch, Shadowclan's medicine cat." Windywisp...what the heck? What kind of a name is that...and even for an apprentice! Shouldn't it be Windypaw... He shook his head. Nope. She smells like a loner. I guess she didn't want to change her name with 'paw at the end or something. Nightsplotch could sense that the other two medicine cats were suspicious of his feelings toward Mintyleaf, so he decided to avoid looking at her the best he could for the rest of the time. He wasn't allowed to have a mate because he was a medicine cat...wasn't he? | |
